Learn English Locally, Apply It Worldwide! Enjoy Regular Practice |
Here are just a few online interactive English activities to help you learn English as well as use the English you know in your work. There are four main sections on this website:
This section is for those who want to learn and practice English on their own and just don't know where to start. If you want some guidance on how to proceed with the four main aspects of English interactive learning, I will show you how to start reading, how to write correctly, how and what to listen to and how to speak so that people can understand you.
Once your confidence is growing in ALL of these aspects, you'll be eager to just do it, that is communicate your thoughts, this being the purpose of your efforts.
Go to these sections when you feel you're losing control over your direction or you feel you're pedalling hard, with little progress. I will be there to comfort you, praise you and steer you in the right direction.
This is where you actually do your studying. This section will be filled with useful drills and exercises sprinkled over pages and pages of lesson notepads.
I cannot stress enough how important it is to just keep at it and practise, practise, practise...
Take some time out and relax with some engaging word games, vocabulary quizzes, trivia, etc. Engage with others in online interactive English activities - how about a remote game of Scrabble?
This section is excellent for parents who want their children to learn English and how better do they learn than by playing?
It's time for you to check your ability in applying what you've learned in real life. Time to look for a job and put your English to good use. There are a lot of job opportunities that you can do at home, just like you did your studying. Why leave them to others?
To give you just a few examples of what you could do with your English, professions such as teaching, tutoring, translation, interpreting and writing would be interesting to consider. Proof reading, copy editing and even babysitting English speaking children are other good examples of what one can do for a living.
